The following Lesson Plans entitled "A Christian Holy People" are based on a portion of Martin Luther's On the Councils and the Church from an abridged version found in A Christian Holy People, translated by Holger Sonntag, Edited and Arranged by Paul Strawn and published by Lutheran Press, Minneapolis, ©2012. These Lessons were taught at Zion Lutheran Church, Tomball, Texas on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. In the class's commitment to learning rather than simply getting through material, individual Lessons often took more than one Wednesday evening session. "Read, learn, and inwardly digest" often times cannot be controlled by a clock.
